Description
Learning Objectives: The session is designed for all practising general surgeons, GI surgeons, surgical residents and medical students. At the end of the session, participants will have a better understanding of the history of surgeons and flexible endoscopy; knowledge of endoscopic instruments currently available that permit surgical procedures to be done; understand the importance of surgeons being involved with cutting edge developments of flexible endoscopy such as NOTES.
