Betty Weycker, Assistant Superintendent for Technology, Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, Winston-Salem NC
Description
Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WS/FCS) leaders and administrators are transforming teaching and learning by using 21st century data systems to provide a holistic view of their district’s data. The development of a data warehouse has provided a secure location to house data from individual test scores to summaries for Adequate Yearly Progress. Focusing on school improvement, WS/FCS’ data initiatives also allow quick reporting and analysis capabilities to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of projects and programs.
