It is hard to recall a time when so many potentially game changing technologies have converged with such a tough set of economic and structural conditions. For two years the New Media Consortium and CoSN have collaborated on a research project designed to help schools navigate these challenging times convening more than 80 experts from around the globe over that time to come to consensus on what lies ahead. The project supported by a grant from Hewlett Packard's Office of Global Social Innovation studies the technological horizon to make sense of the opportunities and challenges ahead in K12 and beyond.
