Description
This presentation will discuss the legal issues that arise when schools shift to the use of Web 2.0 technologies where students and faculty/staff are posting material and interacting online. The presenters will discuss areas including privacy copyright and fair use free speech and publishing harms with practical strategies to address these concerns in a Web 2.0 environment. The presenters will also address free speech and other legal concerns of students and staff related to publishing online information outside of the traditional school setting.
