Description
"With the right combination of value drivers and versatile technology, multiple aspects of a "green" clean technology can be integrated to produce unexpected benefits and efficiencies. This integrated approach is illustrated by a real-world model of production of a high-value plant-based biomaterial that enables the development of cost-competitive co-production strategies to provide biofuels, fiber and specialty chemicals from the same plant, while also providing a technology space to develop strategies to reduce water and energy use and address U.S. dependence on imported rubber."
Objective1:"Present a successful integrated green clean-tech model and discuss the efficiencies and benefits that result from integrating biological, economic, production, energy, water and societal aspects of production."
Objective2:Discuss the view of investors regarding clean-tech production of biomaterials and biofuels.
Objective3:"Identify value drivers that enable development of integrated clean-tech systems; the role of IP and licensing and technological features that provide versatility and scalability for integrated clean tech."
