"Collaborations between industry and public health organizations have enormous potential to solve unmet needs in global health. Many organizations are interested in partnering with biotechnology companies, providing complementary expertise and strengthened capabilities. This panel will highlight examples of successful, sustainable partnerships for reducing the devastating impact of infectious disease in the developing world and will explore ways in which combining the capabilities and resources of the public and private sectors can be leveraged to develop innovative solutions to global health needs."
