Description
Learning Objectives: Describe the changes published in the ACPE standards and guidelines in relationship to experiential education and students? involvement in patient care at a health system level. Describe the impact these changes will have on preceptors, training of students and residents, and the healthcare system. Identify examples of different models used to efficiently incorporate students into patient care. Develop more effective mentoring relationships between clinicians and residents, residents and APE students, and unique educational levels among students.
