I am a pharmacist with 30+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy practice, the majority of those years in leadership roles, including director of pharmacy and have been involved in myriad process improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency of the medication system, expand pharmacy services, design and open new pharmacies, to name a few. Currently, I am a consultant who helps hospitals improve their medication systems, and in this capacity, have worked with a great number of hospitals to successfully achieve this goal.
