Apply recent literature regarding the utility of biomarkers in septic shock to a patient case and describe their utility in antibiotic management.
Describe the benefits of early appropriate antimicrobial therapy in patients with septic shock and the importance of sepsis bundles in their management.
Given a patient case, describe hemodynamic goals and determine optimal fluid resuscitation and vasoactive agent selection during and after early goal-directed therapy.
