Description
When the unthinkable does happen, do you have the right people and processes in place to effectively manage and learn from a crisis involving a medication adverse event? The complexity of our systems, technology, processes and procedures is a reality, making the unthinkable possible. Alongside experts Frank Federico and Jim Broselow, you will evaluate a crisis management response for key elements. You will be challenged to look outside of your practice area to consider solutions to navigate the complexity to improve medication use processes and patient outcomes.
- Describe the key elements necessary to create and test an effective crisis management plan.
- Evaluate strategies to cut through the complexity inherent in our technology, processes, and procedures to optimize care and safety.
