Description
Expansion of a PGY1 Residency Training Program at an Academic Medical Center
- Describe strategies for successfully incorporating non-traditional residents into a residency program model.
- Discuss methods that can be used to financially justify additional PGY1 pharmacy resident positions.
- Identify structural modifications to a PGY1 program that can be considered to accommodate a larger number of residents.
