Dr. Anne Rose is the Coordinator of the Anticoagulation Stewardship Program at UW Health. Dr. Rose received her PharmD degree from Butler University. During her post graduate training she completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at the North Chicago VA Medical Center (Lovell Federal Health Care Center) in North Chicago, Illinois. In her current position, Dr. Rose coordinates all anticoagulation related safety, quality, decision support and performance improvement initiatives across UW Health. In addition to coordinating the anticoagulation program, she also practices clinically in the areas of cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and in anticoagulation management at the UW Health Anticoagulation Clinic.

Dr. Trapskin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy and completed post-graduate residency training at the University of Kentucky. Currently, he serves as Manager, Patient Care Services and Practice Advancement and PGY1 Pharmacy Program Director at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.
