Description
In the age of 24/7 news and data pharmacy departments still struggle with organized and meaningful clinical and operational real-time outcomes data that improve efficiency and reduce costs. A few sites have incorporated optimized electronic dashboards and patient scorecards to better direct the daily care they provide at the point of care. This session will showcase innovative, jaw-dropping tools that will leave you saying “I want that system” and “How can I get it.”
- Describe the utilization of the system and improved outcomes seen by pharmacy leadership.
- Discuss the development of an electronic pharmacy dashboard and patient scorecard system.
- Identify various operational and clinical metrics to incorporate with these systems.
- Outline the reasons why the electronic dashboard and patient scorecards will significantly contribute to the future practice model.
