Description
Medication safety efforts are a priority in our health systems; however, due to an organization’s culture, we often resort to the same processes and systems that are reactive and punitive. Expert David Marx shares techniques to reframe your organization to develop a just culture.
- Compare and contrast the practical differentiation of human error, at-risk and reckless behaviors.
- Describe the inputs and outputs of applying a just culture in health-systems and patient care.
- Identify processes and tools for developing an open, fair, and learning culture.
