Eligibility Requirement: Open to healthcare professionals involved in formulary or other drug policy decisions. Also, healthcare practitioners who support the P&T process or who serve on P&T committees are encouraged to attend.
Pre-registration is required through the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy. Onsite Registration is not available. Free to pre-screened applicants meeting the above requirements. You do not have to be registered for the Midyear 2011 to attend.
