As CPO for Continuum Health Partners in New York City Dr. Wible is responsible for all aspects of enhancing the medication management system. This includes the selection, implementation and integration of our CPOE/pharmacy systems and ADMs as well as planning for the "next generation" such as bedside verification to realize our vision of a fully integrated medication management process with multiple technologies.

Describe the organizational governance for CPOE that supports the safe delivery of care and use of medications.
Develop an organization-wide strategy to continually improve the safety of the Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) system including medication management.
