Mr. Zellmer's responsibilities at ASHP include the coordination of policy development, strategic planning, and advocacy. He also coordinates a number of international projects, including ASHP's participation in the North American Compact on the Advancement of Hospital Pharmacy and the FIP Global Conference on the Future of Hospital Pharmacy. A pharmacy graduate of the University of Wisconsin, he also holds a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University and completed an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency program in the U.S. Public Health Service. He has been on the ASHP staff for 38 years.
