Description
By interacting with facilitators and colleagues in this session, you’ll be ready to implement a new practice model that works in your environment. Also, you’ll learn to incorporate key recommendations from the 2010 ASHP PPMI Summit.
- Describe how change management toolkits can be used in implementing a new practice model.
- Develop a general strategy for implementing the new practice model (a) at the organizational level and (b) at the level of the individual pharmacist.
- Make a clear statement regarding the need for a new pharmacy practice paradigm in your own pharmacy department and/or practice environment.
- State the goals of an envisioned new practice model.
