You implemented CPOE, BCMA, carousel, and/or smart pumps years ago – but have you capitalized on their full system capabilities? Get the full return on your investment; look past the vendor support model and take the system to the next level. Don’t just implement – optimize! The skills and internal strategies you need are right here.
- Discuss post-activation methods that can be used to optimize technologies separate from you vendor support model.
- Identify strategies for building client-vendor relationships and hospital-to-hospital cooperation.
