- Apply patient-specific adherence barriers and co-morbidities to the selection of the most beneficial treatment options.
- Design a patient-specific treatment plan for the management of the presenting symptoms/chief complaint.
- Evaluate a patient's medication regimen using the given specific information on: adherence practices; perceptions regarding drug therapy and illness; labs; and other medical record data.
- Interpret population safety data to determine the use of the most beneficial medication for the management of a health-system's formulary.
- Recommend viable treatment options for health systems and individual patients using information/data on: medication tolerance, adherence, financial resources, and recommendations from the literature.
