This session will provide residency program directors and preceptors who have started to implement the ASHP Pharmacy Residency Learning System (RLS) opportunities to meet and network with others who are also using the system-based process for training pharmacy residents. Participants from the ASHP Model for Pharmacy Residency Training Demonstration Project will be available to share their experiences and promote the exchange of ideas and strategies for effective and efficient training using the RLS model.
