Dr. Hays is a clinical pharmacy specialist at the University of Arizona/University Medical Center. He is also the residency director of a PGY-2 emergency medicine specialty program.

Rita K. Jew, PharmD is Executive Director of Pharmacy & Clinical Nutrition Services at Children's Hospital of Orange County, where she provides leadership in institutional drug use policy, medication safety initiatives, pharmacy-related technology and automation, implementation of CPOE, quality improvement initiatives and educational activities to pharmacy, nursing, medical and other professional staff. She is an established neonatal and pediatric practitioner and is actively involved in local, state and national pharmacy societies. She received her PharmD from the University of California at San Francisco and completed a Residency in Clinical Pharmacy at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
