Terry Schwinghammer,
PharmD, BCPS, Professor and Chair, Department of Clinical Pharmacy,
West Virginia University
Dr. Schwinghammer is co-editor of The Pharmacotherapy Casebook, The Pharmacotherapy Handbook, and Pharmacotherapy Principles & Practice. He serves as Senior Contributing Editor of Therapeutics for The American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy and is Editor-in-Chief of AccessPharmacy (www.AccessPharmacy.com), a comprehensive online resource for pharmacy education.
Dr. Schwinghammer has been active in the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, serving as Chair of the Pharmacy Practice Section, Chair of the Council of Faculties, and member of the Board of Directors. He completed the AACP Academic Leadership Fellows Program in 2008. He is currently Chair of the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties, the independent agency that certifies specialists in pharmacy practice.
He has been named a Fellow of both the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FASHP) and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (FCCP) and has been elected to membership in the Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Society and the Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society. He was named a Distinguished Alumnus of Purdue University in 2004.

Jeffrey N. Baldwin, Pharm.D., FAPhA, FASHP
Jeffrey N. Baldwin is Professor and Vice Chair of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Nebraska Medical Centers College of Pharmacy. He joined Nebraskas faculty in 1973. Dr. Baldwin received his B.S. in Pharmacy from SUNY at Buffalo and his Pharm.D. and residency at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Baldwin is a past-President of the Nebraska Pharmacists Association. He served as Chair of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacys Substance Abuse Education and Assistance Special Interest Group for 11 years. Dr. Baldwin also has served AACP as Chair of the Pharmacy Practice Section and is currently President of AACP.

Lea Eiland,
PharmD, BCPS, Associate Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice,
Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy
Lea S. Eiland is an Associate Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice with Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy and a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics with the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, Huntsville Regional Medical Campus. She graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed an ASHP-accredited pediatric specialty residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at Amarillo. Lea joined the Auburn faculty in August of 2002 and practices in Huntsville, Alabama at Huntsville Hospital Women and Children. Her interests include infectious disease and neurology. Lea is active in several national pharmacy organizations including the Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.

Julia Koehler,
PharmD, Associate Professor and Chair of Pharmacy Practice,
Butler University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences
Dr. Koehler earned her Pharm.D. degree from Purdue University in 1997. In 1998, she completed an ASHP-accredited residency at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Upon completion of her residency training, she accepted a co-funded position with Clarian Health as a Clinical Pharmacist and with Butler University as an Assistant Professor in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Since 1998, Dr. Koehler has served at Clarian as both an inpatient clinical pharmacist at Methodist Hospital and an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at the IU-Methodist Family Medicine Center. For the Department of Family Medicine, she serves an instructor for both medical residents specializing in Family Medicine, as well as medical students from IU. Since joining Clarian in 1998, she has helped to establish and oversee numerous pharmacist-run clinical services for the IU-Methodist Family Medicine Center. In 1999, she established a PGY-2 residency program with a focus in Family Medicine, and she served as the Director of that program until 2008.
Dr. Koehler has received numerous teaching awards. In 2003, she was promoted to Associate Professor and named Chair of the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Butler. Currently, as Chair of the Department of Pharmacy Practice, she leads the largest academic department on Butler University's campus, which includes more than 50 full-time faculty, staff, and residents. In addition to her administrative duties at the college, she remains an active teacher, clinician, and scholar. She currently serves as co-editor of the Pharmacotherapy Casebook: A Patient-Focused Approach.
