Members of the ASHP Section Advisory Group on Medication Safety will facilitate a dialogue on timely and relevant topics related to medication safety such as efforts focused on national patient safety goals, progress on medication reconciliation, Medication Safety Officers job description, and medication safety residencies. The agenda is highly flexible and may change based upon audience interests. Members interested in hearing more about these topics are invited to participate in discussions and to share ideas with their peers.
