Ericka Breden is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Psychiatry at the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System in Richmond, VA. She has completed two residencies, in Geriatrics and Psychiatry. She is Board Certified in Psychiatric Pharmacy, and is a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist. She has dual appointments as a Clinical Assistant Professor with the School of Pharmacy and the Department of Psychiatry. She is also the Residency Program Director for VCUHS' PGY2 Psychiatry Pharmacy Residency Program. She manages the clozapine registration process and monitoring procedures at VCUHS.

Peter Johnson, Pharm.D. is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice in the College of Pharmacy and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the College of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He also serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Dr. Johnson received his B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. Following his tenure at Ole Miss, Dr. Johnson completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency followed by a Pediatric Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition, Dr. Johnson is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. Among his professional affiliations, he is a member of the Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group, Society of Critical Care Medicine, Oklahoma Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, and American College of Clinical Pharmacy. Dr. Johnson's practice, teaching, and scholarship focuses on evidenced-based approaches to safe and effective medication use in children. Dr. Johnson has no financial affiliations including, but not limited to grants, research support, consultation fees, speakers bureaus, and directly purchased stock to disclose.

Dr. Johnson is a Clinical Instructor, University of Colorado Denver School of Pharmacy, and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Cardiology at Kaiser Permanente Colorado. Dr. Johnson has been active in the field of cardiovascular pharmacotherapy for the past 5 years. His teaching, research, and patient care activities focus on the pharmacodynamics of drugs in ambulatory patients with dysrhythmia and heart failure. Recent areas of research include strategies for the optimization of medication adherence in the treatment of systolic heart failure, and population-based strategies to reduce bleeding complications in patients taking combination antithrombotic therapy. He has guided protocol development for anti-arrhythmic safety monitoring within Kaiser Permanente Colorado. He also serves on the Heart Failure Governance Group for Kaiser Permanente National Quality Initiative and is a reviewer for the Annals of Pharmacotherapy.

W. Klugh Kennedy,

Dr Kennedy is Associate Professor of Pharmacy and Psychiatry with Mercer University in Savannah Georgia. He is based on the Memorial University Medical Center Campus. He holds a joint appointment with the Mercer COPHS and Medical School.
Dr. Kennedy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia and then a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Idaho State University. He is board certified in psychiatric pharmacy.
His teaching, clinical service, and scholarly interests are in the areas of psychopharmacology, geriatrics, psychosomatics, experiential and interdisciplinary education, substance related disorders, and evidence based practice. Dr. Kennedy has published and presented on these topics locally, regionally, and nationally.

Joel Marrs,

Dr. Joel Marrs is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Colorado Denver, School of Pharmacy. He is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and is certified as a Clinical Lipid Specialist by the Accreditation Council for Clinical Lipidology. Dr. Marrs received his PharmD degree from Butler University. Following his PharmD degree he completed a postgraduate year 1 (PGY1) pharmacy practice residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio and a PGY2 Family Medicine Specialty residency at the University of Colorado Denver and Health Sciences center. After completing his residency training he served on the faculty at the Oregon State University College of Pharmacy for three years. In his current position, Dr. Marrs practices as a clinical pharmacy specialist with Denver Health in an internal medicine clinic where he focuses on cardiovascular and metabolic risk reduction pharmacotherapy. Recent and ongoing research is in the area of optimizing CV risk reduction pharmacotherapy, improving goal attainment rates, and residency teaching certificate programs
