Dr. Ginny Barnes is an author, speaker, trainer and small business owner. She has travelled world wide delivering presentations on communications, negotiations, relationships, credibility and decision making. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, the medical and pharmaceutical community, education and religious organizations. She is the author of "Eight Steps of Highly Effective Negotiations: Letting the Other Person Have Your Way" and is the recent receipient of the Telly Award for a video script on diversity entitled "Can You See Me Now?". She was formerly an administrator at the University of Missouri in continuing education. She has an AB from Georgia State University, an MA from Purdue University and an Ed.D. from Oklahoma State University.
Dr. Barnes resides and has her practice in Columbia, MO.
