Bonnie is a Health Care Consultant with senior management experience in both the Pharmaceutical Industry and the Pharmacy section of large corporate health care organizations and teaching hospitals. She has an interest in patient safety and technology and reimbursement issues. She has proven success in developing and managing national pharmaceutical programs and strong leadership skills with expertise in strategic planning, negotiating GPO contracts and clinical trial agreements, managing pharmaceutical production, developing and executing quality assurance programs, marketing clinical services and drug therapy optimization. Bonnie is a recognized industry leader in forging effective alliances between hospitals, physicians, pharmaceutical companies and distributors and has spoken extensively in these areas. She writes a monthly column on finance and reimbursement in pharmacy for Pharmacy Practice News that has a positive influence on pharmacy practice nationally. Bonnie currently lives in Breckenridge, CO where she is the President of the National Repertory Orchestra Board of Trustees, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Breckenridge Heritage Alliance. She also works for the Keystone Symposia.

Ernest R. Anderson, Jr is System Vice President of Pharmacy at Caritas Christi Health Care, a six hospital system with Corporate offices in Brighton Massachusetts. He is also Associate Clinical Professor of Pharmacy at Northeastern University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions and Adjunct Associate Professor of Pharmacy at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston.
Mr. Anderson received his master's degree in hospital pharmacy from the Northeastern University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions in Boston, Massachusetts in 1979 and his Bachelors degree from Northeastern University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions in 1976.
Mr. Anderson has given numerous presentations in his 32 years of pharmacy practice, both locally and nationally, on a variety of healthcare and management topics. He has published articles in journals such as Pharmacy Review, Hospital Pharmacy, Pharmacotherapy, Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Safety, Pharmacy Practice News and the American Journal of Hospital Pharmacy. He is currently on the MSHP Foundation Board. Mr. Anderson is active with ASHP as a delegate from MSHP, currently a member of the nominations committee and served as Chair and council member of the Council for Public Policy for 4 years. He also serves on Development Committee for the ASHP Foundation. He is presently on the Board of Trustees and is Immediate Past President of the Association of Community Cancer.

Received B.S. and M.S. degrees from University of Oklahoma and lettered in Womens Golf. Practiced as decentralized pharmacist in ICU/Cardiac and OR Pharmacies. Has held Director of Pharmacy positions at hospitals and health systems for over 15 years. Present position is Director in Ethics and Compliance at the Corporate offices for HCA (Hospital Corporation of America)in Nashville, TN since 2006. Responsible for billing of pharmacy products, pharmacy services and drug administration services as well as edits for claims processing for hospitals, physician offices, imaging centers and ambulatory surgery centers. Recipient of FASHP in 1997 and Texas Innovative and Collaborative Practice Award in 1999. Previous ASHP Board Member, 2003-2007. Holds rank of Assistant Professor for University of Tennessee teaching Health Policy elective. Currently a faculty member in the ASHP Pharmacy Leadership Academy facilitating the module on Leadership in Patient Safety and Quality. Numerous publications and presentations on clinical and administrative pharmacy topics as well as health policy. Currently enrolled in Ph.D. program in Public Administration with an interest in U.S. Health Policy at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN.
