Todd Lemke is the Director of Pharmacy Services for the Paynesville Area Health Care System. He precepts pharmacy students and residents in the ambulatory care setting.

John Anderson,
PharmD, BCPS, Clinical Pharmacist,
Department of Veterans Affairs
J.D. Anderson serves as a clinical pharmacist at the VA Medical Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota. His involvement in pharmacy began at the University of Minnesota, where he earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2000. After completing an Ambulatory Care residency through the University of Minnesota at the Paynesville Area Health Care System in 2001, he remained as a clinical pharmacist there for nearly 3 years. In his current role, J.D. provides direct disease state management in both individual and interdisciplinary group clinics in the areas of diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and anticoagulation, among others. These duties combine with his BCPS, CDE, and BC-ADM certifications. He serves as a primary preceptor for ambulatory care APPE rotations and for two PGY1 residents in the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy Ambulatory Care Residency Program. He is intricately involved with his facility's Chronic Disease Management initiative. He resides in Sartell, Minnesota with his wife, Holly, and three children, Alexa, Connor, and Engelbert. When he is not working, JD enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and poorly playing golf.

PharmD, BCPS, PGY1 Residency Director and Education Coordinator,
Bon Secours Richmond Health System
Rebeccah J. Collins, Pharm.D., BCPS serves as the PGY1 Residency Director and Education Coordinator for Bon Secours Richmond Health System. She also practices as an Internal Medicine Clinical Specialist with the Hospitalist Physicians at Memorial Regional Medical Center. Prior to becoming a residency director, Dr. Collins was an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy and Family Medicine at the Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia, where she still holds an appointment. She currently teaches pharmacy students in the clinical area of Infectious Diseases and offers advanced practice professional experiences in Acute Geriatric Care and Internal Medicine.

Brian McIntyre is Clinical Coordinator and Residency Program Director at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, Washington. He received his Pharm.D. degree from the University of Iowa and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Dr. Warner is responsible for residency program development activities at ASHP. Other responsibilities include leading residency program accreditation surveys and support for the Commission on Credentialing.
