Kevin Scheckelhoff,
BS Pharm, MBA, Vice President, Medication Safety Solutions,
McKesson Corporation
Kevin currently serves as a Vice President of Medication Safety Solutions for McKesson Corporation, the nations largest healthcare services company providing healthcare information technology, pharmaceutical distribution, pharmacy automation, medical care management services, medical supply distribution and consulting. He has held positions in both logistics and information technology business units McKesson since joining the company in 1998.
Kevin received his degree in Pharmacy as well as a Masters in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. He more than 31 years of experience in pharmacy and healthcare services operations that span across the care continuum and include acute care, long term care, home health care, physician practice management, medical imaging and supply chain logistics. He was a pharmacy subject matter consultant for 12 years in which he had the opportunity to visit and work with hundreds of hospital pharmacies across the continental US and Puerto Rico He speaks frequently on patient safety topics with an emphasis on medication safety in the acute care setting and the use of technology in the medication use process. Kevin is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and currently serves as the Pharmacy Liaison to the HIMSS Education Committee.

Thomas Cooley,

Over 20 years of hospital pharmacy management and clinical experience inclusive of inpatient and outpatient services, materials management, drug distribution and personnel management. Successful management background, which has helped a progressive Pharmacy Department achieve leadership in national benchmarks of financial and productivity areas. Have had a principal role in the development and implementation of a nationally recognized Pharmacy Information System integration with BCMA, CPOE, eMAR and BPOC. Currently Assistant Director for Support Services at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston MA, responsible for Pharmacy Information and Technology Systems, Ambulatory Pharmacy Service, Investigational Drug Services, and department JCAHO Accreditation activities.

Karl Gumpper,
BS Pharm, BCPS, Director, Section of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology,
American Society of Health-System Pharmacists
Originally from Connecticut, Karl graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, with a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy. He completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Childrens National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Before joining ASHP, Karl was at Childrens National Medical Center as the Director of Pharmacy. Some of his achievements at Childrens National were to install a computerized provider order entry (CPOE) system and to expand clinical services. As Director of the Section of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology, Karl guides the strategic planning and coordinates all activities of this newly formed membership component group. He is responsible for facilitating the active participation and involvement of pharmacists involved in informatics within ASHP.

Stuart Levine,
PharmD, Informatics Specialist,
Institute for Safe Medication Practices
Stuart Levine, Pharm.D. is the Informatics Specialist at the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP). His primary role is promoting medication safety through the safe use of technology. Stuart also serves as an in-house resource for medication safety for pediatric and neonatal patients based on his 25 years experience as the Director of Pharmacy Services at a pediatric hospital. Stuart is a member of the consulting team at ISMP and assists in reviewing the medication use process in hospitals around the country. He has served as both member and officer of local pharmacy organizations as well as a member and president of the Delaware State Board of Pharmacy. Nationally Stuart is a past member of the board of the Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group (PPAG). He received his bachelor of pharmacy degree from Temple University and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky.

Dennis Tribble,
PharmD, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Pharmacy Officer,
ForHealth Technologies, Inc.
Dr. Tribble is a pharmcist and software engineer, and is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Pharmacy Officer at FHT Inc, a subsidiary of Baxa Corporation. He is also the past ASHP Chairman of the Section on Pharmacy Informatics and Technology. He is the holder of 9 patents in pharmacy automation, is extensively published on a variety of pharmacy topics, a AJHP technical reviewer, the past president of the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists, and a founding member of the HIMSS Pharmacy Informatics Task Force.
Dr. Tribble received his Bachelor of Science from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, PA, his Pharm. D. from the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy in Stockton, CA, UNIX training at the University of California at Riverside, and his education on automation from the school of hard knocks. His career includes 12 years as a Director of Pharmacy, 2 years as a Nursing Pharmacology instructor, 8 years designing pharmacy applications in the HIS industry, and over 15 years in pharmacy compounding device automation.
He is the proud father of three daughters, grandfather of a grandson and granddaughter, and a happy resident of sunny Florida.

William Winsley,

Ohio State Board of Pharmacy
Bill Winsley is currently the Executive Director of the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. Bill received a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy in 1974 and a Masters degree in Hospital Pharmacy Administration in 1978 from the Ohio State University. After joining the Board as a Compliance Specialist in 1988, he was appointed Assistant Executive Director in 1991 and then became the Executive Director in 1998. Before joining the Board, Bill worked as a hospital pharmacist and supervisor at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio; as Assistant Director of Pharmacy at West Virginia University Medical Center in Morgantown, West Virginia; and as Assistant Director of Pharmacy at Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio.
