Dr. Park has received Doctor of Pharmacy degree and Drug Information Practice residency training from the
Univesity of Maryland School of Pharmacy. Before pharmacy education, she was involved in preclinical and biochemical research in both academia and industry. She joined the AJHP staff in 2005.

Edward Decker,

Edward Decker, Pharm. D., is Clinical Manager of the Department of Pharmacy at the Tufts Medical Center and Vice-Chairman of the Tufts University Health Sciences/Tufts Medical Center Institutional Review Board. He has held faculty positions at the Yale University School of Medicine, University of Connecticut College of Pharmacy, Southern Connecticut State University, Northeastern Universitys Bouve College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences. He has served as consultant and/or technical advisor to numerous industry, academic, and government organizations on such diverse issues as preparation and administration of antineoplastic agents; marketing strategies for drugs pending FDA approval; development of pharmacokinetic, adverse drug reaction, and clinical drug monitoring software; and clinical drug trial protocol development. He is author or co-author of more than 20 publications in these areas and for many years contributed regularly to a newspaper column about computer use in hospital pharmacy practice. He has been actively peer reviewing submitted manuscripts for journal publication in the fields of clinical and hospital pharmacy since 1975. He has served as the Tufts University representative to the United States Pharmacopeial Convention and was the first recipient of the Louis Lasagna, M.D. Outstanding IRB Member Award. He created and currently maintains both an internet web site and an intranet site associated with the Department of Pharmacy at Tufts Medical Center.
Dr. Decker received his B.S. in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy in 1969 and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University College of Pharmacy in 1975.

Terry Schwinghammer,
PharmD, BCPS, Professor and Chair, Department of Clinical Pharmacy,
West Virginia University
Dr. Schwinghammer is co-editor of The Pharmacotherapy Casebook, The Pharmacotherapy Handbook, and Pharmacotherapy Principles & Practice. He serves as Senior Contributing Editor of Therapeutics for The American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy and is Editor-in-Chief of AccessPharmacy (www.AccessPharmacy.com), a comprehensive online resource for pharmacy education.
Dr. Schwinghammer has been active in the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, serving as Chair of the Pharmacy Practice Section, Chair of the Council of Faculties, and member of the Board of Directors. He completed the AACP Academic Leadership Fellows Program in 2008. He is currently Chair of the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties, the independent agency that certifies specialists in pharmacy practice.
He has been named a Fellow of both the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FASHP) and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (FCCP) and has been elected to membership in the Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Society and the Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society. He was named a Distinguished Alumnus of Purdue University in 2004.
