Kelly Smith,
PharmD, BCPS, Associate Dean, Academic and Student Affairs; and Associate Professor, Pharmacy Practice and Science,
University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy
Kelly M. Smith, PharmD, BCPS, FASHP, FCCP is Assistant Dean, Academic Affairs and Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. She also serves a clinical role as Medication Use Policy Clinical Specialist at UK HealthCare, and is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist. During her 10-year tenure as Director of the Postgraduate Year One Pharmacy Residency Program at the University of Kentucky Hospital, she received the programs inaugural Preceptor of the Year Award, and was at the helm when the program received the ASHP Pharmacy Residency Excellence Award. She and two of her university colleagues are past winners of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) Council of Faculties Innovations in Teaching Competition, for their development of the nations first pharmacy residency teaching certificate program . Dr. Smith currently serves as Director, Residency Program Advancement for the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. In this role, she collaborates with pharmacists across the Commonwealth in developing and expanding the residency training environment. Her national contributions to residency training are notable for her five-year stint on the ASHP Commission on Credentialing. In light of her expertise in residency training, she served as chair of the 2008-9ACCP Residency Training Task Force, a group charged with describing viable economic models for residency program development, as well as instructional materials for emerging program directors. She is also the outgoing Chair of ASHPs Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists.

Kerri DeNucci, PharmD, BCPS is the Pharmacy Manager of Clinical Services and a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Internal Medicine at Wishard Health Services in Indianapolis, IN. A graduate of Ohio Northern University, she completed an ASHP-accredited residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She serves as the Residency Program Coordinator and chair of the Residency Advisory Committee at Wishard Health Services.

Marshfield Clinic
Sara Griesbach, PharmD, BCPS, is a Clinical Pharmacist and Residency Program Director at Marshfield Clinic. She graduated from UW-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2002 and completed a pharmacy pharmacy practice residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Griesbach obtained Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) in 2003 and directed the start of the Pharmacy Residency program at Marshfield Clinic. She completed the Pharmaceutical Care Certificate Program from the University of Minnesota School of Pharmacy in 2009 and participated in UW-Madison
MEDAL-Art and Science of Teaching Certificate program.

Leslie Kenney,
BS Pharm, BCPS, Director, Adult Clinical Pharmacy Services,
Norton Healthcare
Leslie is a 1986 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. She began her career as a Staff Pharmacist at Humana Hospital University of Louisville and assumed the role of Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator in 1994. In 1999, Leslie began working at Norton Suburban Hospital as the Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator and was promoted in 2007 to Director Adult Clinical Pharmacy Services for Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. Leslie has served as a student preceptor since 1994 and currently holds faculty appointments at the University of Kentucky, Sullivan University, Butler University, and Purdue University. She developed the pharmacy residency training program at Norton Healthcare and serves as Director. Leslie is currently a member of ASHP, KSHP, and ACCP. She received her Pharmacotherapy Specialist certification is 2004 and has published articles and provided presentations on topics related to nutrition support, treatment of alcohol withdraw and pharmaceutical education. Currently, Leslie serves on the Curriculum and Experiential Education Committees for Sullivan University College of Pharmacy. In addition to her responsibilities for Norton Healthcare, she serves her community as a member of the Mayors Advisory Council in Prospect, KY.

Holly Phillips,
PharmD, Multidisciplinary Project Coordinator; and PGY1 Residency Program Director,
University of Colorado Hospital
Holly Phillips, Pharm D, is the Multidisciplinary Project Coordinator at the University of Colorado Hospital (UCH). She has also served as the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director since 2004. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy, and she completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency at the University of Colorado Hospital. Holly is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Colorado Denver School of Pharmacy. Her position at UCH focuses on process improvement between the departments of pharmacy and nursing with an emphasis on communication issues and technology implications on the medication management system.

Samaneh Wilkinson, M.S., Pharm.D., graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 2003 with her Pharm.D. degree. In 2005, she received a M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy from The University of Kansas. While finishing her graduate work, she completed a PGY-2 health- system administration residency at The University of Kansas Hospital (KUH). Samaneh is actively involved with numerous organizations such as ASHP, KCHP, ACCP and the Greater Kansas City Society of Hospital Pharmacists (GKSHP). She has held various offices in these organizations such as GKSHP President (2006-2007), ACCP Taskforce on Leadership (2005-2006), KPhA New Practitioner Network-Director at Large (2005-2008) and ASHP New Practitioners Forum: Leadership and Career Development Advisory Group (2006-2009). She currently serves as Clinical Manager and Residency Director / Coordinator at KUH. Her responsibilities include management of over twenty clinical pharmacists dedicated to Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Solid Organ Transplant and OR Satellite areas. In addition, Samaneh is the residency director for the PGY-1 program and coordinator for the PGY-2 health-system administration program. She also coordinates experiential education for the department with over 120 student rotations provided each year. Her interest areas include human resources management and career development, clinical pharmacy practice and development, medication safety and drug utilization.

Susan Wong,
PharmD, Drug Education Coordinator and Residency Program Director,
Kaiser Permanente
Sue Wong graduated from the University of California, San Francisco and is currently the Residency Program Director for the Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program Marin Sonoma area. She assisted in the development, implementation and subsequent accreditation of this program. She currently holds the position as Drug Education Coordinator focusing on education and effective clinican prescribing and has faculty appointments at the University of the Pacific and the University of Michigan. She also coordinates the student rotations at her site from programs such as Touro University, UCSF, and Midwestern-Chicago. Sue has been active in various offices in both local, North Coast Chapter, and state organizations such as California Society of Health System Pharmacists.
