Rob Christiansen is the Marketing and Business Manager for Pharmacy and Point of Care Solutions at Siemens Healthcare. Rob graduated from The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in 1990 with a B.S. in Pharmacy, and completed a one-year ASHP accredited, general hospital pharmacy residency program at Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania in June, 1991. Rob completed his MBA with a specialization in Finance from LaSalle University in 2002, and he is currently enrolled in the University of Shenandoah non-traditional, Pharm. D. Program.

Henry Cohen,
PharmD, MS, Professor of Pharmacy,
Long Island University
Dr. Henry Cohen is Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences of Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York. He is the Chief Pharmacotherapy Officer for the Department of Pharmacy and is also the Director of Pharmacy Residency Programs which includes a PGY-1 program and PGY-2 Residency Programs in Critical Care, Geriatrics, and Internal Medicine at the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. The Pharmacotherapy Department is one of the largest clinical programs in NY State with 19 Clinical Pharmacists & Pharmacy Residents.
EDUCATION
Dr. Cohen earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and his Master of Science with a Specialty in Pharmacotherapeutics from the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Subsequently, Dr. Cohen earned his post-graduate traditional Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from St. Johns University College of Pharmacy in Jamaica, New York.
Dr. Cohen is Board-certified in Geriatric Pharmacotherapy, and Neuropsychiatric Pharmacotherapy and a Fellow of The American College of Critical Care Medicine.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Dr. Cohen is the editor-in-chief of The Journal of Pharmacy Practice. Dr. Cohen has published over 100 book chapters, manuscripts, and abstracts and has presented over 500 invited lectures on pharmacotherapeutic topics throughout the United States. Dr. Cohen is a P&T member for PharMerica. Dr. Cohen served as a member of the National Quality Forums Safety Technical Advisory Panel in Washington, DC. He recently was awarded a $300,000 grant by the NYS DOH to establish a Drug & Patient Information Center.

Dennis Hoover,
BS Pharm, PharmD, Director of Pharmacy and Cardiovascular Services,
Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital
Received Bachelors of Pharmacy from Washington State Univ. and Pharm.D. from the Univ. of Texas at Austin. Held clinical faculty positions at Univ. of Utah and Washington State Univ. Colleges of Pharmacy. First clinical coordinator at St Joseph Hospital in Tacoma and established pharmacy residency and clinical program. Has been Director of Pharmacy at Yakima Valley Memorial for the past 17 years, building progressive pharmacy services, pharmacy automation and information systems. Recently has also taken on the cardiovascular service line management for the hospital.
