• Burl Beasley, BS Pharm, MPH, received is BS in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma in 1992 and subsequently obtained his Masters in Public Health with an emphasis on health policy and administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. He has become involved in fall prevention as related to medications and was integral in developing the pharmacy fall prevention program at Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City. He has received the Oklahoma Society of Health System Pharmacists Continuing Excellence Award. Along with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacist Foundation 2007 Award for Excellence in Medication-Use Safety- Finalist for Mercy Health Center, and the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) Cheers Award for Medication Use Safety. He currently practices clinical pharmacy at Mercy Health Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Dr. Graham had been a Pharmacist since 1986 and recently received her Doctorate in Pharmacy at Kansas University School of Pharmacy in January of 2008. She has worked in various Pharmacy positions including Inpatient Pharmacy Coordinator at Parkland Hospital from 1988 to 1990, Decentralized Pharmacist at Baylor University Hospital in Dallas in1990 and a Director of Pharmacy at Integrated Specialty Hospitals in Oklahoma City.
She recently held the position of Medication Safety Pharmacist at Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City for 7 years. She currently accepted a position as a Clinical Pharmacy Manager for the Sisters of Mercy Resource Optimization & Innovation in St. Louis. Dr. Graham has been very involved in various safety initiatives including Barcode scanning technologies, Medication Reconciliation team co-lead, Pneumonia Vaccination program, and National Patient Safety Goal 3E anticoagulation Team. Dr. Graham also has received training in Six Sigma Green belt and 5 S Lean methodologies.
