Edward Krenzelok, PharmD, DABAT, Director, Pittsburgh Poison Center, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center
Dr. Krenzelok is Director of the Pittsburgh Poison Center and the Drug Information Center at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and a Professor of Pharmacy and Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin in 1971 and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota in 1974. Dr. Krenzelok is active in numerous professional toxicology and medically related societies and associations and is a Past-President of the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology. He is board-certified in clinical toxicology by the American Board of Applied Toxicology and has been awarded the distinction of being a Fellow in the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology. Dr. Krenzelok is on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Poison Control Centers. He is a former Chair of the United States Pharmacopeia Clinical Toxicology and Substance Abuse Committee, a former member of the Food and Drug Administration Nonprescription Drug Advisory Committee, on the editorial boards and review panels of numerous medical and toxicology journals and is the author of several hundred scientific publications and book chapters and the editor of three books.

Kevin Rynn, Pharm.D., DABAT, Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Administration, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy/Rutgers The State University of New Jersey
Dr. Rynn obtained his BS in Pharmacy from Rutgers University and his PharmD from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. He completed his general pharmacy residency at Alleghany General Hospital and his Specialized Residency and Fellowship in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Toxicology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is board certified in clinical toxicology by the American Board of Applied Toxicology. Dr. Rynn has been faculty at the University of Illinois and a clinical pharmacy specialist in Emergency Medicine at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. Currently he is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at The Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. As part of this faculty appointment Dr. Rynn serves as the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Emergency Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He is active in both pre-hospital and hospital emergency settings.
Dr. Dawn Sollee graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida in 1995. Afterwhich, she completed a specialized 2 year residency in Clinical Toxicology at University Medical Center. In 1997, Dr. Sollee was hired as Assistant Director of the Florida Poison Information Center/Jacksonville at University Medical Center (now Shands Jacksonville). In 1998 she achieved board certification in Clinical Toxicology by the American Board of Applied Toxicology. Dr. Sollee is also a Clinical Associate Professor for the College of Pharmacy and a Clinical Associate Professor for the College of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Florida Shands Jacksonville.
