Kevin Garey, PharmD, MS, Associate Professor, University of Houston
Kevin Garey, PharmD, MS is an Associate Professor at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and Chair of the Department of Clinical Sciences and Administration. He received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, a Doctor of Pharmacy from SUNY Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, and a Masters of Science in Biometry from the University of Texas School of Public Health in Houston, Texas. Postdoctoral training includes a pharmacy practice residency in Cooperstown, NY and infectious disease specialty residency and fellowship training in Chicago, IL. Dr. Garey's research interests involve infectious disease epidemiology and pharmacotherapy in patients with post-surgical infections including sternal wound infections, candidemia, and Clostridium difficile infection.

Daniel Streetman, PharmD, MS, Pharmacotherapy Specialist, Lexi-Comp, Inc.
Dr. Streetman received a Pharm.D. degree from Ohio Northern University, and a Master's degree in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis from the School of Public Health at the University of Michigan. He has completed a Pharmacy Practice residency at the VA Medical Center in Huntington, WV and a research fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, NY. Following his residency and fellowship training, Dr. Streetman joined the clinical faculty at University of Michigan where he practiced for nearly eight years, with an emphasis on pharmacogenomics and cardiology, until he moved to Lexi-Comp a year and a half ago to work primarily with their drug interaction and pharmacogenomics databases. Dr. Streetman is active in the profession as a member of several professional organizations, a reviewer for several professional journals, and an author of more than 20 publications.
