Karla Miller, PharmD, Director of Medication Usage and Safety, Hospital Corporation of America
Karla M. Miller is the Director of Medication Usage and Safety for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a board certified psychiatric pharmacists and spent two years as the clinical pharmacist specializing in neuropsychiatry at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Miller is an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee College Of Pharmacy. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from West Virginia University. She completed a pharmacy practice residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and a two-year fellowship in neuropsychiatry at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Miller is a professional member of ASHP, ACCP, and CPNP.

Jason Corcoran, PharmD, BCPS, Pharmacy Clinical Specialist, Pediatrics, Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children
Jason Corcoran is a clinical pharmacy specialist at Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children in Falls Church, Virginia.
Dr. Corcoran's career began in 1995 as a pharmacy technician for a grocery store chain in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2001. After completing hospital pharmacy practice and pediatric specialty residencies at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2003, he was a clinical pharmacy specialist in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children's Hospital, Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Corcoran has been an invited speaker for the Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group Annual Meeting and Specialty Conference. He has also co-authored a book on safe medication practices for pediatric nurses. His primary professional interest is improving pediatric medication safety through technology and process improvement.
Dr. Guhr is the Drug Information Clinical Specialist at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence and completed a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Dr. Guhr serves as a preceptor for the drug information and medication safety rotation for the PGY1 residency program at Wesley. Daily activities for Dr. Guhr include answering drug information requests from a variety of practitioners including nurses, physicians, and other pharmacists; providing formulary management support, policy and procedure development, clinical decision support oversight and expertise; and developing pre-printed orders, pathways, and protocols.
Sujin Lee is a Clinical Pharmacist at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Samford University in Birmingham, AL, completed an AHSP-accredited Psychiatry Pharmacy specialty residency at the University of Maryland, and achieved Board Certification in Psychiatric Pharmacy. Additionally, Dr. Lee serves on the Outreach Committee for the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists (CPNP) and co-chairs the Membership Committee of the Maryland chapter of ASHP. Her areas of interest include the treatment of depression and schizophrenia and teaching students, residents and professionals from all healthcare disciplines.
