Sharon Murphy Enright is a pharmacist and has been a consultant to healthcare provider organizations including hospitals, health systems and health plans, physician practice groups, long term care organizations, healthcare associations and group practice organizations, the investor community and to the pharmaceutical and device industries for over 20 years. With a focus on leadership development, change management, strategic forecasting, quality and performance improvement, pharmaceutical marketing and safety of the medication use process, Enright has been a speaker for a host of audiences and is a frequent contributor to the professional literature. Her knowledge of pharmacy operations, organizational design and culture, change management, emergent pharmacy practice issues and a global perspective on the emerging health care landscape, health economics and payment systems enable her to provide insight and perspective related to the medication use process and the business of pharmacy.
Enright is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy (BS, Pharmacy) and the George Washington University (MBA). She completed an ASHP accredited residency at Yale New Haven Hospital as well as the Executive Residency in association management at the American Society of Health System Pharmacists. She is currently Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s Health Science Advisory Services (HSAS) in Richmond, Virginia. She serves as the service line leader for Managed Care and Medicare Part D service offerings within the Operations Efficiency and Pharmacy Solutions practice. |

Billy Woodward is Executive Director, Renaissance Innovative Pharmacy Services. He is the past Executive Director, Department of Pharmacy, Scott and White Health System and a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Texas College of Pharmacy. Mr. Woodward has a bachelor?s degree in pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin. Woodward is the recipient of the 2004 Harvey A. K. Whitney Lecture Award. |
Keith is a pharmacist with over 35 years of healthcare experience.
Keith leads the Pharmacy team that assists hospitals with 340b, Medicare Part D services, and Institutional Pharmacy operations. He continues to lead the development of the knowledge around the reimbursement issues, coding and patient flow impacts that the changes in Public Policy are bringing about. He is responsible for the development of any service around Pharmacy that is offered by HSAS. The growth area of his practice surrounds risk assessment in PBMs, institutional pharmacies and Medicare Part D reporting requirements. Keith was a part of the business consulting practice of a national professional services firm in Dallas that focused on healthcare supply chain. From 1990 to 1996, Keith was a principal in a firm that managed critically ill hospitals, providing management services, developing PPOs, issuing bonds and providing real estate development, in some cases. Keith has owned two pharmacy related companies in his career. Representative projects that Keith has managed include a five hospital system in a turnaround crisis requiring non-labor and labor cost reductions, and two health systems that were facing financial challenges with the goal being to reduce costs and enhance collected revenue in both the hospital and retail service. |
