Description
Today, mentorship is more than an almost-retired and wise professional giving profound advice and counsel to a young upstart. To be successful, the mentor-mentee relationship needs to be more of a partnership. By taking a self-assessment, you will learn what it takes to be an effective mentor. This session will enable you to
Describe the differences between mentors, reverse mentors, coaches, sponsors, and friends.
Explain the role that individuals and organizations play when developing and building strong mentoring relationships.
