Description
Today, mentorship is more than an almost-retired and wise professional giving profound advice and counsel to a young upstart. To be successful, the mentor-mentee relationship needs to be more of a partnership. By taking a self-assessment, you will learn what it takes to be an effective mentor. This session will enable you to—
• Describe the differences between mentors, reverse mentors, coaches, sponsors, and friends.
• Explain the role that individuals and organizations play when developing and building strong mentoring relationships.
