Don Kinser is President of EDI, Ltd, a Technology consulting firm. Don is a frequent speaker on technology planning and data centers and has an active role in the Healthcare Guidelines Revision Committee and was key to 2010 Guidelines section on Communications and Technology. He is currently serving as an advisory member of the Guidelines IT Sub-specialty group for the 2014 revision cycle.

Jim has been with EDI, Ltd. since 1991 and currently serves as a Principal, Project Manager and Atlantas Managing Director. His expertise focus is information technology systems and data centers.
Jim helps clients understand their options and works with them to develop effective IS and communication systems. His extensive knowledge of technologies processes and procedures combined with his knowledge of construction methods means new systems and projects are put in place and brought on-line trouble free and on time.
Additionally, Jim leads the data center consulting practice. He has more than 20 years of experience visioning, designing, and relocating data centers. Jim began providing data center design services for IBM in the 1980s. Since then he has been involved in more than 30 projects, ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 4 facility types. Included are projects in corporate offices, government facilities, hospitals, and colleges and universities. His work includes many corporate headquarters projects and some of the largest projects completed in the Southeast.
