Description
Communication is a key to success in your professional growth and a way to gain recognition and financial resources for your staff and department. As more and more hospitals strive for operational excellence, you must have a clear understanding of what senior management is looking for in terms of your team’s contribution to quality clinical outcomes and know how to express this in their language. This session will enable you to—
• Develop talking points based on the needs and interests of your senior management team in terms of outcomes and resources.
• Develop presentations that enable you to compete with income-generating areas of your facility.
