Mary Bergs is the initiator of See-Think-Do, LLC, providing consultation to business, non-profits, and higher education using visual thinking skills and creative problem solving to address challenges in their organizations. Mary is a visual artist who lives and works in Minneapolis, MN. Mary completed her Bachelor of Fine Art degree at the University of Minnesota. She also has degrees in psychology and a Masters Degree in social work from the University of Louisville. She has worked with community groups using art as a means of creating conversation and dialogue. She was a fellow in the Institute for Cultural Community Development, and participant in the Twin Cities Community Cultural Leadership Summit. Mary has extensive knowledge of healthcare, where she worked for over 25 years as a clinical social worker, manager, and art and design consultant.

Sue Stock, President, Construction Outsource Services, Inc.
Sue Stock is the founder of COS, Inc., providing representation for owners throughout the construction process. Sue has a BA in Architecture from the University of MN and worked for various architectural firms in the Twin Cities before shifting from architecture to the construction side of the industry. Sue worked 12 years managing commercial construction for a large Twin Cities based contractor, gaining a broad understanding of the construction process. In 1997 Sue began COS to offer her experience in architecture and construction to owners, to assist in managing the construction process and build successful teams for successful projects.
