Description
As a facility manager, you need to make sure that the goals of your department reflect and support the mission, vision, and values of your facility. Learn how you can communicate this to your staff and develop communication to share your accomplishments with the senior leadership to gain recognition for your efforts in cost reduction and cost avoidance.
