Description
This session will review a step-by-step process for ensuring a successful transition from construction completion to sustainable, high-performance operations. Learn the key steps to ensure that you and your staff have the motivation and resources needed to continuously maintain and operate a high-performance health care facility. This session will enable you to:
* Develop and implement operations and maintenance dashboards that focus the efforts of the maintenance staff on key equipment and system characteristics that significantly influence building performance.
* Measure and verify actual building performance as compared to the goals listed in the OPR and use the data to further improve building performance.
