Description
This session will provide information to help you establish and document the owner’s project requirements (OPR) and the basis of design (BOD). Learn how to set worthwhile, realistic, and measurable project goals to ensure project success. This session will enable you to:
* Document the project goals in the OPR and relate them to specific system/project descriptions in the BOD.
* Unite the project team and other stakeholders in the process of developing and implementing the OPR and BOD.
