Lori Wegner, Doctorate in Organization and Management, President, Wegner & Company Management Consulting
Lori Wegner holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in organization and management with a specialization in leadership, a Master of Science in administration, and a bachelors degree in management. She is President of Wegner & Company a management consulting firm specializing in leadership education, training, and coaching. She has presented leadership topics at national conferences, and is an adjunct professor.

Randy Wegner holds a Master of Science in Administration, a bachelor of science in business administration and a CPE designation from the Association for Facility Engineers. Randy is currently Director, Facilities Management and Biomed Services at St. Josephs Hospital/Ministry Health Care, a 524-bed regional trauma center located in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Description
This session will provide a basic profile of the generations that compose the current U.S. work force. Gaining an understanding of the core values and defining events of each generation will improve your ability to create teams that work for a common goal and whose members support one another. This session will enable you to:
* Identify and define the generations in the current U.S. workforce. * Create in-house programs to help reduce the bias and stereotypes that exist between generations.
LEARNER OUTCOMES:
1. Identify the generations currently in the US work force.
2. Eliminate bias and/or stereotypes, which exist between generations.
3. Utilize mentor relationships to strengthen generational teams.
4. Explain the importance of communication between team members.
