Neil Alexander has fourteen years of experience in the health care industry, serving in both consultant and hospital management roles.
In August 2010, Neil joined The Innova Group in Austin, Texas. Prior to this, he served as a Director with Premier, Inc. (note: in June 2009, Premier Inc. acquired Phase 2 Consulting where Neil was a Senior Managing Consultant). While at Premier, Neil led financial improvement, revenue cycle, business planning, and operational planning projects in both acute and post-acute settings.
Before joining Premier, he was as a Lead Senior Consultant in the Center for Health Innovation at Noblis, a nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization. While there, he served in a lead role on several large engagements, including the program for design for the new Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the recapitalization of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Medical Center, and a strategic service line and facility plan for Our Lady of the Lake Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Prior to joining Noblis, he worked in Administration at Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas, where he managed major operational improvement, recapitalization, and expansion projects. Previous to Seton, Neil served in consulting and analytical positions at Phase 2 Consulting and in the State Health Care SBU at EDS.
Neil received both a Master of Science in Economics (Health Care Focus) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
