Tim Adams, FASHE, CHFM, CHC, Director, Member Professional Development, ASHE
Tim Adams is the Director of Member Professional Development for the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and is involved in the areas education, code and standard compliance and advocacy. Mr. Adams has nearly 25 years of experience of involvement in the healthcare physical environment and compliance, with over 20 years working directly with hospitals in the areas of Clinical Engineering and Facilities Management. He represents the ASHE members on advocacy issues, and is a long-term faculty member for ASHE educational programs as well as a frequent speaker at ASHE and other regional and national conferences. Tim is a Past President of the Indiana Society for Healthcare Engineering (ISHE) and the Indiana Biomedical Society (IBS). He is a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and a Senior ASHE Member (SASHE).

Iona Canada is the corporate manager of healthcare business development for Trane, a business of Ingersoll Rand. Her responsibilities include developing strategies and account management for hospitals and integrated delivery networks. She has spent over 25 years serving the healthcare facilities industry. At Trane, she is responsible for customer satisfaction, market growth and expansion of offerings to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. Iona is a member of ACHE (American College of Healthcare Executives) and ASHE (American Society of Healthcare Engineering). Canada serves on the Federation of American Hospitals Advisory Board and was the first chairman from the supplier community. Canada holds a degree in business administration.

Don is the Executive Director for SSM Healthcare in St Louis, MO. He has extensive experience in not only building hospitals, but running them as well. He has over 35 years of experience and recently was awarded ASHE's Excellence in Facilities Management Award.
