Dr. Aron is a board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist practicing in Maryland for 14 years. During that time he has been involved in numerous building projects including medical office renovations, outpatient treatment facility, and surgery center construction and a major hospital renovation.

Description
From the size and configuration of operating rooms to the flow and egress of your cafeteria just about every change, upgrade and expansion effects how physicians use and view your facilities. Communicating effectively with physicians, speaking to them and hearing them in their own language, is essential to gaining the highest levels of physician support and the invaluable information to help your projects that only a physician can provide. But how do you communicate best with physicians--physician to physician. This session enables attendees to:
- Understand specifically how a physician leader assigned to building projects can effectively liaison with other physicians, physician groups, hospital/health system executives and be able to articulate the four key areas of physician expertise and benefit
- Learn how/when to have a physician liaison with other physicians and executives
- Develop protocols on how to use a physician to provide sales support as a technical expert on clinical questions/issues
- Establish criteria for using a physician to intercede in regulatory and compliance issues and questions
- List three ways a physician with help tailor marketing programming and research to focus on and understand physicians' needs.
