Mr. Pages has managed the development of multiple building envelope programs for a number of facilities across the United States, encompassing a wide variety of industries, including automotive, healthcare/hospitals, schools (K-12 & universities), property management, government and non-profit organizations. As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Pages designed and implemented an engineering database system that incorporates the engineering services provided by StructureTec as well as information regarding the building envelope assets of its clients. This system has been a key component of the company's current growth, as well as a key differentiator from its competitors. He also oversees the company's information technology infrastructure. As a Board Member since 1992, he provides executive strategic advice and direction in all aspects of the business.

Description
This session will present from an engineering design perspective and highlights proven means, methods and procedures on how to protect and maximize the service life of your building structures with an emphasis on building envelope systems. This session will enable attendees to:
- Learn about multiple building envelope systems
- Learn the advantages and disadvantages of certain systems, as well as their expected service lives with proper maintenance
