Description
The opportunity to expand our responsibility with the management oversight of other services is something many of us seek --but there are also many that have it thrust upon us. This session will provide an overview of how getting out of our comfort zone and into the expanded role of facility manager requires a change in perspective of the different types of employees as well how we look at the services provided by the support departments. This session enables attendees to: - Describe basic operating strategies and the tools for the jobs in other support departments - Describe differences in employee personalities, work-ethics and backgrounds
